EXPERIENCED WORKSHOP MANAGER / RWC
We are looking for someone experienced in mild steel fabrication and welding quality control, to work in our busy steel fabrication workshop, in Scunthorpe.
Candidate to be familiar with;
Current Health and Safety regulation.
BS EN 1090 (UKCA – execution class 2) auditing and certification.
National Structural steelwork Specification (NSSS 7th Edition).
RWC experience/certification or willingness to become RWC. The RWC needs to have a clear idea of how the required quality can be achieved, implementing the correct execution class and procedures.
Managerial experience, monitoring/ motivating a team, working to our production schedule, within budget and meeting customer deadlines.
Good IT, numerical and communication skills.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced site manager to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
Ensuring projects are delivered to clients, on program and to budget.
Working with all teams from the; QS and design team in the office.
The workshop foreman on production.
Managing sub-contractors on site.
Directly liaising with our clients, suppliers and Local building authorities.
Ensure all works are in accordance with current H&S regulations.
Site inspections.
Delivering on-site toolbox talks, site inductions and project briefings.
Computer literacy is essential: Candidates must be competent in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good attention to detail.
Problem solving skills.
Excellent numerical skills.
Ability to show understanding of Local Authority legislation, planning applications and building regulations.

CSCS Card – Management
SMSTS
1st Aid
CPCS Lift Supervisor
Full UK driving licence.
