We're looking for a reliable Utility Worker to join our busy fabrication yard team. This is a varied and practical role supporting our workshop and site operations.
Main duties
- Load and unload steel using a side loader
- Drive company vehicles for collections and deliveries
- Shotblast and apply primer coat to steelwork
- Assist with general yard and workshop duties
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a fabrication or industrial setting preferred
- Forklift/sideloader experience necessary
- Previous experience with spray plant and/or shotblast plant would be an advantage
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn
What we offer
- £14.50 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 6:00am – 12:00 noon
- Overtime available to suit production
- Company pension
- On-site parking
